Keensage Partners Affiliate Terms & Conditions<\/h1>

By linking to Keensage Partners<\/strong>, you are deemed to have agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this agreement. The owner of Keensage Partners will automatically become a counter-party.<\/p>

Keensage Partners Rights and Obligations<\/h2>

Register your Customers<\/h3>

We will register your customers and track their play. We reserve the right to refuse customers (or to close their accounts) if necessary, to comply with any requirements we may periodically establish.
(\u201cCustomer\u201d means your customers that use the link from your site to ours and open an account with us. By opening an account with us, they will become our Customers and, accordingly, all Keensage Partners rules, policies, and operating procedures will apply to them.)<\/p>

Track Customers\u2019 Play<\/h3>

We will track customers\u2019 play and send you reports summarizing their activity. The form, content, and frequency of the reports may vary at our discretion. Remote online access to reports of customer activity and the referral fees generated will be provided.<\/p>

Pay a Referral Fee<\/h3>

We will pay you referral fees on the net win we earn from players directed from your site after they open an account with us and wager real money.<\/p>

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: $250. Earnings below this threshold remain pending until the minimum is met.<\/p><\/li>

  • Affiliates must have at least 5 active depositing players before their first commission payment is issued.<\/p><\/li>

  • Failure to meet commission eligibility for three consecutive months will result in no payment. Eligibility can be reactivated by generating more than 5 First Time Depositors (FTDs) in a month.<\/p><\/li>

  • To keep a deal active, an affiliate must generate at least 3 FTDs every quarter, or the current deal will be automatically cancelled unless otherwise agreed with a Keensage representative.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Commission Plans & Payments<\/h3>

    • Revenue Share (RevShare):<\/strong> Commission is calculated as: (Deposits \u2013 Withdrawals \u2013 Chargebacks \u2013 MC Adjustment) * revenue share %. Default commission model unless otherwise agreed.<\/p><\/li>

    • CPA (Cost Per Acquisition):<\/strong> One-time payment per qualifying depositing player. Subject to baseline requirements and individually agreed with an Affiliate Manager.<\/p><\/li>

    • Hybrid:<\/strong> Combines RevShare and CPA. CPA paid for qualifying players, plus ongoing RevShare on net activity. Discussed and granted at the sole discretion of Keensage Partners.<\/p><\/li>

    • Second Tier Commissions:<\/strong> Affiliates may receive up to 3% of referred affiliates\u2019 earnings upon request and approval.<\/p><\/li>

    • Payment Methods:<\/strong> Commissions paid in cryptocurrency (preferred) or via bank transfer. Transaction fees borne by affiliate.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      MC Adjustment:<\/strong> Manual correction of Multicash transactions for deposits and withdrawals to ensure accuracy of account balances and affiliate records.<\/p>

      Modification<\/h3>

      Keensage Partners reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Notice will be provided via email and the updated Agreement published on our website. Disagreement with changes means termination; continued participation constitutes acceptance.<\/p>

      Affiliate Rights and Obligations<\/h2>

      Linking to Keensage Partners’ Brands<\/h3>

      By participating in this program, you agree to create a unique link from your site to Keensage Partners\u2019 brands using approved banners, text links, or downloadable executable files (with written permission). Unauthorized advertising or spamming will result in immediate termination.<\/p>

      Agency Appointment<\/h3>

      This Agreement grants a non-exclusive right to direct customers to our site. No exclusive rights or claims to business secured through other parties are granted.<\/p>

      Approved Layouts & Good Faith<\/h3>

      Referral fees are paid based on net win from real-money wagering. Traffic not generated in good faith may result in withholding of referral fees.<\/p>

      Responsibility for Your Site<\/h3>

      Affiliates are solely responsible for their site\u2019s content, compliance with laws, and maintenance. Keensage Partners disclaims all liability and reserves the right to indemnification for claims arising from site content.<\/p>

      License to use Marks<\/h3>

      Non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Keensage Partners\u2019 banners during the term of the Agreement. No sub-licensing or transfer allowed.<\/p>

      Confidential Information<\/h3>

      Affiliates must maintain confidentiality of all business, operational, and referral data, and use it only for purposes of this Agreement. Obligations survive termination.<\/p>

      Spam Policy Agreement<\/h3>

      Affiliates must follow strict email and marketing guidelines to prevent spamming. Violations may void earnings or result in termination.<\/p>

      Chargebacks<\/h3>

      Chargebacks are defined as non-collectable receivables from credit card non-payment or fraud. 50% of charged-back amounts will be deducted from affiliate payments.<\/p>

      Term and Termination<\/h2>

      Agreement effective upon creation of a unique tracking link and remains in force until terminated by either party via written notice. Upon termination, affiliates must remove all banners and links. Unpaid referral fees earned before termination will be paid, subject to compliance with obligations.<\/p>

      Unsuitable Sites<\/h3>

      Sites aimed at children, promoting illegal content, violence, discrimination, or infringing IP rights are prohibited and may result in termination.<\/p>

      Commercial Use Only<\/h3>

      This program is for commercial use only. Personal transactions through affiliate links are prohibited. Fraudulent transactions will be deemed Fraud Traffic and deducted from commissions.<\/p>

      Relationship of Parties<\/h3>

      Parties are independent contractors. No employment, partnership, or agency relationship is created.<\/p>

      Indemnity<\/h3>

      Affiliates will indemnify Keensage Partners against liabilities, losses, damages, and costs resulting from breach of this Agreement, negligence, or unauthorized use of affiliate materials.<\/p>

      Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability<\/h3>

      Keensage Partners makes no warranties regarding functionality or uninterrupted operation. Liability is limited to direct damages not exceeding total referral fees paid or payable.<\/p>

      Independent Investigation<\/h3>

      Affiliates acknowledge they have independently evaluated the program and are not relying on any representation outside this Agreement.<\/p>

      Miscellaneous<\/h3>

      • Governing Law:<\/strong> Comoros law applies. Disputes resolved in Comoros courts.<\/p><\/li>

      • Assignability:<\/strong> Affiliates may not assign the Agreement without written consent.<\/p><\/li>

      • Non-Waiver:<\/strong> Failure to enforce provisions does not constitute a waiver.<\/p><\/li>

      • Remedies:<\/strong> Rights and remedies are cumulative. Breaches may be enforceable by injunction or specific performance.<\/p><\/li>

      • Severability:<\/strong> Invalid provisions do not affect remaining Agreement terms.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
